THE MAGIC AND BEAUTY OF WALDORF DOLLS

For Parents/Teachers and Children

Join the party for a 3 hr. doll making workshop!

The Waldorf view of the child and its conception of the way the physical space that surrounds him/her should look and feel, is nourishing to both parents and children. In a world of mass production of hard, plastic, rough and identical looking, disposable toys; Waldorf dolls offer a refreshing opportunity to families today to enjoy the simplicity and beauty of play.

Ms. Gomez started making Waldorf toys and crafts 10 years ago for her babies. She has since then enjoyed the pleasure of sewing and knitting toys for them. She has felt the benefits of the therapeutic balance provided by purposeful hand work. Not a naturally handy person herself she has discovered that everyone can craft a beautiful toy and have fun.
